>> It Is Advisable To Understand The Booking & Returning Conditions For Hiring Any Bikes Before You Book. You Can Find The Terms And Conditions On Our Website And The Bike Receiving/Collecting Form Together With FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Forms The Basis Of Our Contract With You.

>> Motomotive Enables The Bike Rider To Use The Vehicle Only In Kolkata. For Outstation You Need To Inform Us Prior Booking Confirmation. The Conditions Given Below.

>> Refundable Deposit (Security Deposit) Per Bike: Rs.2000 to Rs. 5000. It Is Payable On Bike Collection.

>> You Have To Submit An Id Proof While Renting A Bike: Pan Card / Election Card / Aadhar Card / Passport / Id Issued By Central Or State Govt In Original For Verification. The Rider Should Have A Valid License In Possession And The Same Needs To Be Provided For Inspection On Collecting The Bike For Rental.

>> The Rider As Well As The Pillion Should Be Wearing A Helmet. And should follow traffic rules/ order issued by local/govt authorities.

>> Once we handed over the Bike to Rider, the Rider Should Be Responsible for any fine issued by govt authority for violation of traffic rule or any other law & order.

>> Each Vehicle Rider Should Have A Valid License Issued By The Govt. Of India During The Time Period Of The Tour. And The Same Needs To Be Provided For Inspection On Collecting The Bike For Rental.
>> The Pickup Point And Drop Point Will Remain The Same I.E. Our Office And The Bike Cannot Be Asked To Be Collected From A 3rd Location, If It Is Required Then Extra Charge Has To Be Paid.
>> You Will Not Be Allowed To Ride The Bike Under The Influence Of Alcohol / Banned Drugs Are Strictly Prohibited At All Times. The Person Who Is Renting The Motorcycle Will Be Held Responsible For Any Physical Damage / Theft Or Loss To The Bike.
>> Any Physical Damage / Theft / Loss To The Bike Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Person Renting The Bike.
Booking Terms

In order to guarantee rate and rental dates 50% of the total invoice will be required only after that booking confirmation will be done.
Discount rates are available on various situations.
*The rates for rent could change depending on the season.
Maintenance Responsibility
​
Once the bike is handed over to the customer, he is solely responsible for general maintenance and should report mechanical failures immediately. There may be misunderstandings as the customers may be held responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
Return Policy & Delay
​
It is advisable to return the bikes as per the date and time mutually agreed upon or between working hours (9am to 6pm). You have to give an advance notice if bikes are being returned at a time other than working hours. Security deposit fully or partially may be charged if the customer fails to return bikes and related documents on time.

If the vehicle is not returned within the grace period of 1hour then one day rent will be charged.
Cancellation & Refund
​
25% will be deducted for bookings cancelled 4 Days before pick-up time. For bookings cancelled between 4 Days - 1 Day, a 50% refund will be applicable. No refund shall be applicable for bookings cancelled 1 Day - 0 hrs or after pick up time. No refund for Cash on Pick-Up Bookings.
We can understand there can be worst circumstances from your side, still we cannot refund full Amount.
